A strong starting point

Qualified teachers and ECTs, trainees on PGCE / QTS routes, and strong university students or graduates from relevant science, healthcare and research backgrounds.

That includes medicine, dentistry, optometry, pharmacy, biomedical and life sciences, maths, physics, chemistry, biology and closely related STEM fields.

What matters in the room

  • Explain ideas clearly and adapt to different abilities.
  • Teach small groups confidently and keep pupils engaged.
  • Help pupils make progress, with a positive, professional approach.
